First of all, the customer service is bar none. The product itself is amazing. The feel, the size, the accessibility while I am performing are all magnified for maximum efficiency. The quality of the knobs are reminiscent of good ole American products.

They were very quick to offer making me a new one at no extra charge and had it completed and sent back out in a timely manner. They were polite and professional throughout the whole process. Also, their products look absolutely AMAZING! Big thanks to Josh and Jenna!
